Terms and Conditions
1. These terms and conditions of service are agreed between Ponto Alto - Fios e Lavores, Unipessoal Lda (NIPC 519295900), with headquarters at Rua do Matadouro, nº6B - Serra do Calvo, 2530-280 Lourinhã, hereinafter referred to as "Ponto Alto", and persons who wish to make purchases through the "Loja Ponto Alto" website www.pontoalto.pt, referred to as customer(s).
2. The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to provide and define all the necessary information to the user about the ordering, selling, payment, and delivery methods for purchases made on the "Loja Ponto Alto" website www.pontoalto.pt.
3. The payment methods available on the Ponto Alto website are debit/credit card, MBWay, Paypal, and others provided by the Shop service.
4. All items available in the Ponto Alto store have the selling price indicated with VAT included at the legal rate in force.
5. The value of shipping costs is added to the price of the products and will appear clearly at the end and before confirming your order. Ponto Alto dispatches orders within a maximum of two working days after payment confirmation. Orders can also be collected at the store, with no additional shipping costs.
6. In case of lost shipments, Ponto Alto will reimburse the customer for the total value of the order. If the order is returned to Ponto Alto due to an incorrect or insufficient address, or if it was not collected in time at the Post Office by the Customer, re-shipment will only be made after a new payment of shipping costs.
7. If items are ordered and are out of stock, customers will be promptly informed and fully reimbursed for the value of the items that are not delivered.
8. Customers may proceed with the return of defective items, in which case they will be reimbursed for the total value of the items and the respective shipping costs. Only items that are in the same condition as when they were sent will be accepted.
9. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without needing to state any reason.
10. The customer may submit their complaints to Ponto Alto located at Travessa do Rossio 3A 2530-132 Lourinhã, or electronically via info [at] pontoalto.pt.
11. In case of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for consumer disputes:
