When will my order arrive?

We dispatch orders within two business days. The delivery time depends on the chosen carrier and is available before completing the purchase.

Which countries do you ship to?

In addition to Portugal, we ship orders to all European Union countries (excluding territories excluded from the customs union) and the European Economic Area: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

All orders are shipped from our store in Lourinhã, Portugal.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of the order, as well as the chosen carrier.

We offer free shipping on orders over €100 for destinations within Portugal. For other European Union countries, we offer free shipping on orders over €250.

Can I return items?

We accept returns of items that have defects, in which case you will be fully reimbursed for the value of the items and the respective shipping costs. Only items that are in the same condition as they were sent will be accepted.
